The 24th edition of SAWO, one of the most important trade fairs in the OHS sector in Europe took place from 24 to 26 April 2018 in Poznan (Poland). During the three days, 241 manufacturers coming from 22 Countries presented their most innovative solutions for prevention and management of risks in working environments to over 22,000 visitors.

The economic recovery, the application of increasingly innovative technology in the production processes and the growing awareness of the risks that every worker is potentially subject to, have generated the development of an internationally accepted culture in the field of occupational safety, which is increasingly systematically translated into the implementation of solutions specifically studied for improving the safety conditions of all the categories of workers. This fact, along with a stiffening of the punishments for employers who do not respect the legal requirements for occupational safety, has allowed events like SAWO to become the ideal meeting place for international specialists in the OHS sector.

SAWO 2018 proved itself to be a unique event in its kind because, not only did it make possible and facilitate the meeting of exhibitors and visitors, but it also provided an interesting programme of events, conferences, performances and discussion groups.
